DESCRIPTION:TALS | EQUAL JUSTICE UNIVERSITY\nWednesday\, August 27th through Friday\, August 29th\nEqual Justice University (EJU) is the annual gathering of approximately 275 lawyers\, advocates\, social worker professionals\, and pro bono attorneys involved in providing civil legal assistance and access to justice across Tennessee. EJU provides a unique opportunity for this community to gain up to 14 hours of Continuing Legal Education credit (CLEs) as well as networking opportunities. EJU also provides dynamic speakers that express the value in being a part of the access to justice community. SUMMARY:TALS Expungement CLE
DESCRIPTION:The Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services is hosting an Expungement CLE opportunity for civil legal providers and private attorneys who are interested in learning more about expungements in order to complete pro bono expungements. \nThis will be a virtual event covering the ins and outs of expungement. There will be be three\, one hour sessions\, 9:00am CST – Expungement 101 Non Convictions (1 hour)\, 10:15am CST – Expungement 201 Convictions (1 and 1/2 hours)\, and 12PM CST – Expungement 301 Beyond Expungement (1 hour). \nRegistrants may attend one\, two\, or all three sessions. \nFor those unable to attend the session on March 30th\, the session will be recorded. However\, CLE credit will not be offered with the recording. \nRegister here
